Bayou is a rich, warm brown with strong mottling, similar to DMC 420. The 18 ct Aida is a bit cooler, closer to DMC 611.

Quarter cuts are approximately 27 x 17 inches with some variance due to the nature of hand dyed fabrics. Eighth cuts are approximately 17 x 12.5 inches.
